This week’s podcast considers another new spin to an old subject–antibiotic resistance. You may have noticed that whenever a human health problem arises, a common response involves putting a lot of time and energy into finding someone to blame for this. It could be my imagination, but often it seems that those politicians who don’t know how to resolve the problem or don’t want to favor this approach. What’s problematic is how often those who take this approach seek to lay blame on animals and conveniently ignore the human behaviors that contribute to the problem.
