Bullying in a hot topic among some human behaviorists. It’s also a subject of concern among some dog-owners, particularly those who take their dogs to doggy daycare or dog parks. But what makes a bully a bully? And because bullies by definition need someone to bully, what factors contribute to the victim’s development? As it turns out, one particular factor plays an instrumental role in the creation of both. But so does another one we often overlook.
